For some time I've been meaning to find and upload some of the early Zetland recordings I made, usually on very poor gear while just fooling around. Unfortunately, I have almost no Highland technique at this point so I could never reproduce fresh recordings but at least I managed to preserve a few examples of the instrument I invented and was trying to popularize amongst Highland pipers--the largest piping community on the face of the earth and therefore the most commercially viable outlet for such an instrument. I've also uploaded some of my more recent attempts on sackpipa. These will come up on my site next to this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vb4S2oIu8W4 or will be found on my video list page: http://www.youtube.com/user/Royceworld?feature=guide
And here's a direct link to some sackpipa--an old traditional tune followed by a new tune. Possibly the first American sackpipa Schottish but I await correction... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7tQcezFuVI&list=UUpM-DzvZLqU55jXm2DY9L9A&index=13&feature=plcp
