|

I’m selling my A-D (14 pouces) french cornemuse, mouth blown, made in 1999 by Jean-Sylvain Maître, in mint condition. Plastic reeds in chanter and drones, came with an extra cane reed. Apricot tree for drones, chanter in ebony. The instrument is just and stable.
Price: 1000 $ US+postage
Also selling 2 row (A-D) diatonic accordion Saltarelle «Le Bouëbe», almost new, mint condition.
Price: 800 $US+postage
Reason for selling these instruments is that I have a low C (23 pouces) french pipes in command...and need money to pay them....
Could send photos and sound extracts

I'm adding this post here because otherwise people may start throwing things at me for being off topic.
I really like a lot of the French tunes that Alban plays on his albums, and I'd like to hear more. Does anyone have any musician/album reccomendations for French pipe and hurdy-gurdy music? _________________ Aaron |

Trio Cornemuse
Le quintette de cornemuses (the "ménagerie" CD is one of my favourite CDs)
Les Brayauds
Trio Patrick Bouffard
Great sources of inspiration, all of them. _________________ Info on Swedish bagpipes at http://olle.gallmo.se/sackpipa

I haven't been able to find someone who sells these albums, any one have an idea?
I stopped by La Société Fraternelle des cornemuses du centre, the tunes on their site were very inspiring, I spent that entire weekend piping and listening to those recordings. _________________ Aaron |
