The March 18-20 weekend is also the Norwegian Music and Dance Weekend at Folklore Village in Wisconsin http://folklorevillage.org/t2/calendar.
I'm not sure if there would be any participant overlap. |

I would plan on attending.
I am most interested in getting my pipes (reeds) to play in tune with the rest of the world.
But working on tunes and hands on, in person workshops sounds great.
