I've seen several strange synthetic reeds in the chanters of bagpipes from Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech republic. I would be curious to see if a similar construction would work in a Swedish bagpip ...

i've had no luck making fully plastic reeds. Keep destroying the tube as I make it. which is why I have stuck with the brass body.
