When I seasoned my bag, the problem disappeared.
I used rather many seasoning. Much more then Alban recomended, but now its ok.

What makes them all sound different?
You know, I heard a lot of Belorus bagpipes (duda), and I would say that their sound is very similar to swedish pipes.

Basicly I hve two variants: Sackpipa is in tune but VERY unstable (sensitiv to pressure). or Sackpipa is Very stable but absolutely out of tune
